By connecting to our Minecraft server, visiting our website, joining our Discord, or making a purchase through our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Server Rules. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will announce significant changes in our Discord.

You may use LifeStealz.net for personal, non-commercial enjoyment only. By using our services you agree to:

• Follow our Server Rules at all times.
• Not attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to our server infrastructure.
• Not use our platforms to distribute malware, phishing links, or harmful content.
• Not impersonate staff members or other players.
• Not use our services in a way that violates any applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any user from our services at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of our rules or these terms.

All purchases made through store.lifestealz.net are for virtual in-game items and benefits only. By making a purchase you agree to the following:

• No refunds on used items. Once a rank, key, or item has been applied to your account it is considered used and is non-refundable. If you have an issue before redeeming, contact us in Discord first.
• No chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider instead of contacting us first will result in a permanent ban. We take this seriously.
• Items are non-transferable. Purchased items are tied to your account and cannot be moved to another player.
• We may modify perks. We reserve the right to adjust, balance, or remove features associated with any rank or item at any time for gameplay reasons. This does not entitle you to a refund.
• Bans forfeit purchases. If you are permanently banned for a rule violation, you forfeit any purchased items or benefits. We do not refund banned accounts.

Our store is operated through a third-party platform. Their own terms and privacy policy also apply to transactions made through the store.

The LifeStealz.net name, logo, website design, and associated branding are owned by LifeStealz.net. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use our branding without prior written permission.

Minecraft® is a registered trademark of Mojang AB. LifeStealz.net is a fan-operated server and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Mojang AB or Microsoft Corporation in any way.

Any content you submit to us — including staff applications, Discord messages, or in-game chat — must not violate any applicable laws or our community rules. You retain ownership of content you create, but by submitting it you grant us a non-exclusive right to view, store, and act on it for the purpose of operating our services.

We do not claim ownership of your builds or creations on our server, but we are not responsible for their preservation in the event of server resets, rollbacks, or shutdowns.

LifeStealz.net is provided "as is" with no guarantees of uptime, data preservation, or uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any loss of in-game progress, items, or data resulting from server downtime, resets, or technical issues.

We are not responsible for the actions of other players on the server. While we moderate as best we can, we cannot guarantee a completely harassment-free environment at all times.

Our store is operated through a third-party platform. We are not responsible for any issues arising from that platform's systems, payment processing, or outages beyond our control.

We may suspend or permanently terminate your access to any or all LifeStealz platforms at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these terms, our rules, or for any reason we deem appropriate in our sole discretion.

If you believe a ban or suspension was issued in error, you may appeal through our Discord. We review all appeals in good faith, but our decisions are final.
