LifeStealz.net is a community-run Minecraft server. We are not a registered company or legal entity — this policy describes how we handle the limited data that passes through our platforms in good faith.

If you have any questions or concerns about your data, contact us directly through our Discord server.

We collect the minimum data needed to operate the server and our website. Here's what that includes:

• Application submissions — When you submit an application via our website, we collect your Minecraft username, Discord username, age, timezone/country, and your written responses. This is sent to our private Discord server via a webhook and is only visible to server staff.
• Website server logs — Our website is hosted via GitHub Pages. GitHub may collect basic technical data when you visit any page as part of their standard hosting infrastructure. We do not control this — refer to GitHub's Privacy Policy for details.
• Minecraft server logs — Our game server logs standard connection data as part of normal server operation. This is used for security and ban enforcement purposes only.
• Store purchases — Our store is operated through a third-party platform. Any payment or purchase data is handled by that platform and their payment processors. We receive a record of your purchase (username + item) to apply your rank or reward in-game. We do not store payment card details.
• Discord — If you join our Discord server, your Discord data is governed by Discord's own Privacy Policy. We do not collect additional data from Discord users beyond what is visible to server members.

• To review and process all applications.
• To enforce our server rules, including bans and punishments.
• To apply store purchases to your in-game account.
• To maintain the security and stability of our server.
• To contact you regarding your application (via Discord only).

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose beyond operating LifeStealz.net.

Application data submitted via our form is retained in our private Discord server indefinitely unless you request deletion. Server logs are retained as needed for security purposes and periodically cleared. Store purchase records are retained for as long as your rank is active.

To request deletion of any data we hold about you, contact us via discord.gg/LifeStealz and we'll handle it as promptly as we can.

Minecraft is generally played by people of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information beyond what is described above. Our staff application form requires applicants to be at least 14 years old. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, please let us know via Discord and we will remove it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and announce significant changes in our Discord server. Continued use of LifeStealz.net after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
